Our staff will verify both the product and the receipt, allowing you to select the item you wish to exchange it with. Exchange is subject to price adjustment, meaning the price at which the customer originally purchased the item will be considered for exchange.
● If the product was delivered to you via our online store, it must be returned by contacting our customer support center via email within 7 days of purchase for proper handling of your query. Images of defective products must be attached to the email sent to the customer care department. You will then receive a verification call to confirm the exchange.
● Exchange is only possible if the product is found to be defective. Customers are required to contact the call center at +92-311-239-4444 as soon as they receive the order. If deemed defective by the customer, a Leopards Courier will collect the product. After verification at our warehouse, a coupon of the same value will be issued to the customer, which can be used for shopping on our website. This entire process takes up to 7 business days.
● Alternatively, products can be returned by taking them to any Leopards Courier and contacting us on our UAN Number (0311-239444) to arrange for the article to be taken to the warehouse. The company bears the pick-up charges.
● For products purchased online, we will provide you with a coupon equal to the price of the original product purchased to compensate for the return. This coupon can be used for your next online purchase. Please note that the coupon expires and becomes valid for use after 15 days of issuance. Sale products are non-exchangeable, and Afsaneh does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

Order Cancellation:

You have the option to cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Our exchange policy applies as soon as the product has been shipped.
